Ingredients:
Curd
Sugar
Mint leaves
Water
Cumin powder
Chaat masala
Recipe:
In a big pot add 250gm of curd, half teaspoon sugar and cumin powder, pinch of Chaat masala and 5-6 chopped mint leaves.
Now add 100ml of water and with the help of handmixer blend it properly for around 1-2minutes
 Later add 200ml of water blend again for 1 minute.
Ready to be served.

  • How To Make Khakhra/Thin Cracker Chaat
 Ingredients:
Onion (1 big)
Tomato (1 big)
Coriander (half cup)
Chilli (3 chillies)
Lemon (1 lemon)
Black salt/salt

Chop onion, tomato, chillies, coriander there after
Crush khakrha, add all the chopped veggies, sprinkle salt and squeeze lemon juice and mix it well

  • Delicious Paneer paratha.
Ingredients:
Paneer (200gm)
Wheat flour
Coriander (half cup)
Chilli (3-4)
Cumin (Jeera) powder
Salt
Recipe:
Step one: Make dough of wheat flour,now keep it aside
Scramble paneer,add chopped coriander and chilli  thereafter add salt (as per taste) and a pinch of cumin (jeera)  powder and mix it well 
Now take the dough to prepare two chappati
Flat it into round shape or whatever shape you feel like.
Add the mixture over one  chappati and cover it with another chappati and than using a roller (bellan) flat it a little more.
Now heat the tawa, transfer the paratha, when the paratha begins to get bubbles over it, flip it other side, now smear  little Oil/ butter/ghee.
Serve it with Ketchup or Green chutney.

Why eat plain Maggie/Ramen? 
Here is a recipe of Maggie
Ingredients:
Chilli
Tomato
Capsicum
Salt
Coriander (optional)

First chop all the vegetables and keep it aside 
Take a frying pan add half teaspoon oil,now add chilli
After 10 secs 
Add chopped vegetables and your Maggie powder/masala
Now sprinkle salt as per your taste
If you want more spice you can add some schezwan sauce.
Now add half glass of water and your Maggie/Ramen and cook it for around 3-4 minutes
Add coriander from top
Ready to be served.
